Everyone has to begin somewhere. The hardest part of working out is getting started. That’s why we developed the Day One Fitness Program©. We’ll make it so QUICK and easy that you won’t believe your results in just one month. If you think you’re too stressed, too tired, too weak, too curvy, too old…you’re not. This program is for you. We designed it for super busy people who need help getting started, so it begins with a FIVE minute workout!
Your first step to fitness will start at square one and build from there, meeting you wherever you are. Everyone can do it. Starting small allows you to build confidence and learn that even a little bit of exercise can have immediate rewards. Over the course of the program, you slowly carve out more and more time for exercise. We will progress you through each day with a specific and unique workout that builds on the previous day. It’s like having your own personal trainer who tells you exactly what to do and shows you how to do it. Options, modifications, and rest periods are included to accommodate different ability levels.
We will safely and methodically add and grow your exercise capacity. By week 4 you will be able to complete a 20 minute cardiovascular and strength training workout – without stopping! Workouts will focus on upper and lower body strength, cardiovascular endurance, core strength and overall mobility. Equipment is not required.
The program delivers structure and accountability, including a daily email that will provide a video link to your workout that can be done in the comfort of your home or outside if you prefer. It also includes nutrition tips and healthy lifestyle support to help you stay motivated and on track.
